What Listeners Say

This podcast is on a mission to raise the vibration of the planet! And it does—giving people the tools and agency to find their physical and emotional and most powerful voices for healing and joy and truth. Elissa leads with smarts and love, and a ferocity connected to deep source. And it’s so fun!!!

What sets this podcast apart from many is it's not afraid to go deep. You will learn something new or be challenged on a perspective you hold. This podcast is for those who want to hear about others' points of view + experiences in an honest, raw light and who crave more of hearing others' truths even if they may be different from their own. If you're the type of person who tends to avoid small talk + gossip like the plague and are sick of shows that only scratch the surface, you won't be disappointed! Major bonus: Elissa gives plenty of tips for helping you get in touch with your own truth through her guided framework, which can be really powerful + insightful.

-- Eilise

Elissa is genuine, honest, and truly guides her listeners to find their center with whatever the conversation is on that podcast. Elissa sets my positive mood and puts me in a centered mindset for that day!

-- Belle

I’m a huge fan of this podcast! Elissa brings her A game and leads from the front in the Voice Body Connection process, which I’m happy to say I’ve implemented in my life and have shared with others. Surprisingly radical, and overwhelmingly relatable, I’m really enjoying this podcast and Elissa’s work!
