Are you having trouble speaking or singing?

It's so frustrating to lose your voice.

Perhaps you got sick with COVID-19, RSV, the flu, or another virus. Perhaps because you’re dealing with the ongoing symptoms of long COVID. If you’re struggling with coughing and wheezing, this can lead to a weak voice and trouble sustaining sound or a note. And certainly if you’re experiencing vocal fatigue, tightness, and tension, this training is for you.

Join Elissa Maas Weinzimmer, vocal health educator and founder of Voice Body Connection, to learn what to do when you lose your voice.

IN FIVE SHORT LESSONS, YOU'LL LEARN HOW TO...

  • Avoid so-called 'remedies' that could get you into bigger trouble

  • Create a daily routine for steaming your vocal cords (makes such a big difference!)

  • Release tension in your lungs so you can breathe better (who knew that was even possible?!)

  • Do a gentle tension release sequence that won't overwhelm your tight sensitive muscles, including a modified version of laryngeal massage

  • Start vocalizing again with gentle practices that will get your voice back in shape

And you’ll do it all with 5 lessons of micro-learnings that you can apply in less than 20 minutes!

About your teacher, Elissa

Elissa Maas Weinzimmer is an award-winning vocal health educator, presence coach, and the founder of Voice Body Connection. After suddenly losing her voice at age 21 due to a vocal hemorrhage, severe onset of acid reflux, and muscle tension dysphonia, Elissa began studying the mechanics of the human voice. Over time she developed a unique, concrete approach that empowers performers, leaders, speakers, and singers to optimize their voices and share them more authentically.

Important note: Elissa is a voice coach, not a clinician. These videos are not meant to replace clinical treatment, and Elissa is not qualified to diagnose or advise on any medical conditions. The training is for educational purposes only, to learn tools and techniques that may help you release vocal tension and reduce vocal fatigue.
