I feel in full integrity requesting this scholarship support, knowing that there are only 10 slots available. I acknowledge that I do not have other means to register for this course if not granted this award. I am aware that I must enroll with a credit or debit card and that my automatic monthly payment ($29 USD/month for five months for economic scale and $149.50/month for five months for half tuition) will be charged on the day I enroll, and then automatically again on the same day of the month for the following four months. By submitting this application, I agree that I understand the terms of the scholarship and I am able to submit payment as described.
